Precious details and materials in my client’s villa from 1907 before the refurbishment by AC VOGEL.
The essence in my creative work in this project was to perceive the historic and aesthetic values of the villa, emphasising the exquisite details of it and transforming the space to reach its full potential of naturally affording family ‘hygge’, and embracing them in their daily lives with many guests and home-based business.
The perfect balance between a functional and beautiful space was found based on close dialogues with the dear family.
The renovation of the 500 sqm villa in Rungsted has been in progress since November 2021.
